- No theft. Taking stock, and simply reposting it as your own is theft. Changing the colours, putting a filter, wash or a texture over it and reposting it is. I will report either of the two for removal.
- Stock submissions by permissions. There are a lot of people that take stock photos, put them together in a pre-made background and submit that as a new, seperate stock. Which some of them are perfectly legit - but I do not want that abused. Some people do not know how to distinguish between a legit "pre-made background" and "theft". So none of this -- UNLESS you get permission from me first. I got no problem giving permission to do so
- Outside DA OK. I got -no- problem with you submitting pieces using my stock on other sites outside of DA. I don't care what kind of site they are, and no need to ask permission. All I ask is that you either link to me from it, or link back to the original deviation in your own gallery where people can find all proper crediting for that piece.
- Prints OK. I got -no- problem with prints. No need to ask permission - and I don't care if it's on DA, or Epilogue, or Etsy or Flickr. Prints are absolutely OK, regardless of the site, no need to ask permission first.
- Crediting I don't care if you physically type out a credit, link to my stock account, link to my main Art account, link to the specific deviation, link to another one of my profiles on a different website. I don't care how you do it, or with what - just so long as you give me SOME sort of credit, that is a-ok with me.
- Commercial use by Permission I got no problem with you using my stock for commercial pieces - but you HAVE to get my permission and make a contract with me. I am an artist, trying to make a profession to - if it gets into commercial work, I need to get paid and proper credited for my share in that as well. I do not charge an arm and a leg for licensing, I am very reasonable and fair - but I am a professional too, so professional and commercial pieces need to be licensed and contracted by me first.
- Content Issues and Models. My misc. Stock I do not give a shit how you want to use it. Wether it be pornographic, highly controvercial, racist, facist, politically uncorrect, dark and morbid or disturbing - I don't care. BUT if there are MODELS in the stock, you need to respect their wishes as well and read the individual rules related to those specific pieces. Some models don't want to be featured in anything pronographic at all - and others are total nymphos that could care less. And they have every right to either one of those, so any stock with MODELS in them, you need to follow not only *my* rules, but the MODELS' rules given for those individual images as well. This is very serious, by putting a model who is completely against racism in a racist image, you are potentially putting their reputation underfire and slanderizing their name and persona, so I do -not- play with this. Be Respectful to the rules and wishes - if I see any violation of this I will ESPECIALLY report it for removal ASAP and be very very angry with you >
- Let me see it! This is not exactly a "rule" per se, but I wanna see all the awesome shit you people are gonna do with the stock, so link away so I can check it out and
And please don't be shy to check out my main Art Account here ::
